Prom Dresses

Hey, sorry I have completely neglected this blog. I am back now though with a post on something that has been sweeping the nation i.e Prom. I am not going to prom but that is a different story. My school does short dresses for homecoming and long for prom. I know that other schools have different norms. So I went online searching and found a couple cute ones from different websites that fit my school's norm.

Spring Bags

Hi!
So sorry that I have not posted for a while. Please forgive me. But I am back now!
I have wanted a new bag recently. I was tired of my stuff getting lost in the bottom of my bag but I did not want a small bag. I thought if I got a structured purse then I could see my stuff better then if it was loose and non-structured. I being the frugal person that I am went onto Target's website and searched for a bag. I stumbled upon the bag below and loved it. I like white and ivory because I see the color as fresh and clean. I also like the idea of color and do not care if my bag does not truly match my outfit because I am too lazy to switch out bags nearly every day. What student has that time? I have way too much going on to do that!
I actually have seen that structured bags, no matter the size, are fairly huge for the season. There are purses that are circular, square, cross body and clutches that have a shape to them. Why did they not do this sooner? It is so much easier to find everything from my wallet, calendar/ planner literally everything! I feel like I have more room now that there is shape than before when there was none.

Polyvore

Hi!

Recently on Twitter, I have been noticing Polyvore links and just mentioned. In my head, I am thinking "really? I have had a Polyvore for years and y'all have just noticed it?!" Literally I have had one for years and have not used it for a while but my sets have 27,867 views. I just logged back into it and it only took like 8 tries to get my password and e-mail combination correct. Its a little sad, but I was welcomed back with 2 set likes. I thought I would show y'all some of my sets as a walk down memory lane for me and inspiration for us both.

 my first one

last major one that I made

You can tell that my style has changed as well as how the website developed into a way of expression whether it was to win a contest or to express thoughts. It is art much like how fashion is wearable fashion.

Olympic Opening

Hi!
I thought that the opening ceremony of the Olympics would be a good time period to start up this blog where I plan to review fashion moments that have been occurring such as team outfits! (see that transition lol)

Seamus O Conner is set to lead the Irish over the mountain where they can meet up with the rainbow that is the Germans. I hope the Irish were not expecting to find a pot of gold but maybe they could steal the Germans medals which is nonexistent as of the eighth.

Here is how this meeting probably went: "Why are you wearing a neon yellow tie with a green shirt?" "My daughter picked it out." "Idea! Let's dress the people who are representing Lithuania in bright green and yellow so we can see them from our home land." "Genius!" I am serious that is most likely what happened in the office that day.

While Ralph Lauren just finished decorating his Christmas tree and decided to make Americans into the picture of Christmas at the ceremony.
And the winner of the most uncreative country of the ceremony goes to...                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Yeah, Canada you win with your red and black outfit. Points though for spelling your name correctly and having toggles instead of a zipper or buttons.
